What kind of image should I upload?+
Any JPG, PNG or WebP up to 25 MB. A photo straight from a modern phone is more than enough. We tell you right in the builder if the part you have framed is too small to print sharply.
How big are the magnets?+
As big as you like, between 20 mm and 150 mm on each side. Three presets get you started — 50 × 50 mm square, 75 × 50 mm rectangle and 90 × 60 mm polaroid — or type your own dimensions and the crop tool reshapes to match. The exact size is shown next to the preview.
How thick are they?+
About 1 mm: a printed layer under a protective film, on a flexible magnetic backing. You can spin the 3D preview to see the sides and the back.
Is delivery included in the price?+
Yes. ₹200 for a custom magnet and ₹150 for a ready-made one, delivered anywhere we ship in India. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.
How long does delivery take?+
Custom magnets are printed to order, so allow 2–3 business days for printing plus 3–5 business days in transit. You can check progress any time on the track order page.
Can I cancel or return a custom magnet?+
A custom magnet is printed with your photo and cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned once printing has started. You can cancel before that — see the refund policy for the exact window.
What if it arrives damaged?+
Send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund it. No need to post the damaged one back.
What happens to my photo?+
It stays in your browser while you are designing. Only when you pay is the print-ready cropped file uploaded to our private, encrypted storage solely for fulfilling your order. Within 7 days of confirmed delivery, the file is permanently and automatically deleted. We never share, sell, or use your pictures for anything else.
How is my data secured?+
Your photo is cropped locally in your browser before payment. The print file is stored in a private, encrypted storage bucket inaccessible from the public internet. Only our production team accesses it strictly to print and quality-check your order. 7 days after delivery, the file is automatically purged.
How do I pay?+
Through Razorpay: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card details.
Do I need an account?+
No. Checkout is guest-only. Keep your order ID, and you can look up the status with your mobile number.
