Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Smṛti Fridge Magnet Co. collects when you order a fridge magnet, and what we do with it.

What we collect. To fulfil an order we collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address. We collect nothing else, and we do not ask you to create an account.

Your images. While you are designing a magnet, your photo stays in your own browser. Nothing is uploaded until you proceed to payment. At that point we upload a single print-ready version of the cropped image to our private storage, along with the crop settings, so that we can print your order. We do not upload or keep your original photo file.

How images are stored. Print files live in a private storage bucket that is not readable from the public internet. They are used only to produce your order and are retained for 7 days after confirmed delivery so that we can handle reprints and damage claims, after which they are permanently deleted.

Automatic deletion. Within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered, all associated print files are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. This is an automated process — no human intervention is required, and no copies are retained.

Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's systems and never reach ours. We store only the Razorpay order and payment identifiers so we can reconcile your order.

Who else sees your data. Your delivery details are shared with our printing and courier partners for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your order. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights. Write to us at hello@smritistudio.in to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 48 hours.

Cookies. We use only the storage strictly required to keep your cart and your in-progress design on your own device. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
