Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom magnets. A magnet printed with your own image is made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned because you changed your mind. You may cancel for a full refund at any point before we begin printing, which is within 2 hours of placing the order. Email hello@smritistudio.in with your order ID.

Ready-made magnets. These may be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. If your magnet arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, send a photo to hello@smritistudio.in within 7 days of delivery. We will reprint it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to post the item back.

Print quality and your image. We print exactly the crop you approved in the builder. If your uploaded image was low resolution, the builder warns you before you add it to the cart, and softness caused by a low-resolution original is not treated as a defect.

Failed deliveries. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after 3 attempts, we can resend it once you cover the return postage, or refund the order less that cost.

How refunds are paid. Refunds go back through Razorpay to the method you paid with, and typically appear within 5–7 business days of approval.
