These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are. Smṛti Fridge Magnet Co., Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Contact: hello@smritistudio.in.

Products. We sell printed fridge magnets, either from our own designs or printed with an image you supply. Colours on a screen are not an exact match for print, and a small variation in trim position is normal.

Your image, your responsibility. By uploading an image you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful content. We may refuse and refund any order whose artwork we believe breaches this, and we will tell you why.

Our designs. All ready-made designs sold on this site are original works created by us or used under proper licence. We do not use copyrighted images from third parties without permission.

Prices. All prices shown include delivery within the areas we ship to and are in Indian Rupees. The amount charged is always recalculated on our server from the prices published here; nothing sent by your browser affects what you pay.

Orders and acceptance. Your order is confirmed only once payment is verified. If payment fails or cannot be verified, no order is created and nothing is printed.

Cancellation and refunds. Covered separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
