Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we ship. Across India, to any PIN code served by our courier partners. We do not ship internationally.

What it costs. Nothing extra. Delivery is included in every price shown on this site.

Printing time. Ready-made magnets are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom magnets are printed to order and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Transit time. Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote PIN codes can take longer.

Tracking. Use your order ID and the mobile number on the order on our track order page. When your parcel is handed to the courier we will also send the tracking details to your email.

Address accuracy. We print the address exactly as you entered it at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@smritistudio.in immediately — we can correct it any time before dispatch.
